WordStreamReviews of wordstream.com

I've had a great experience with WordStream and my personal advisor, Greg Hermann, in particular. Our small, luxury, boutique hotel has even received compliments on how well we manage our Google AdWords thanks to our partnership with WordStream.

We are pleased with the service that we have received from WordStream. We have particularly enjoyed working with our consultant, Ben.

We have been using WordStream for about 18 months and could not be happier. The software is intuitive and helps keep us on track. We have significantly increased our spend in both AdWords and Bing, however it is more efficient spend. Conversions have been rising steadily with lower CPCs. Every 6 months we get a free consultation with 3-5 ways to better optimize our accounts free of charge. We do not used managed service so this review is meant to cover the software and follow up service only.

Extremely Bad Service - Stay Away from this Crowd. I was signed up by their sales rep promising all kind of flexibility and support / training . however opposite to that, there was one phone call of training which was pushing for premium service. Despite emails , i was told the my account manager was AWAY . After three months i decided to cancel it as it was not getting any where. Then some one else put the contract in front of me and telling me i am bound for six months. The sales rep is gone, the account manager disappeared. Now i am dealing with another monkey telling me i heard everything wrong. I must have misunderstood. Absolute rubbish. Stay away. This crowd is not interested in improving your account , only interested in monthly payments .

Over the years we have worked with a number of companies that claim to help with Google and Bing PPC. We have to say that WordStream is by far the best we have ever used. The system is quick and simple to use. The backup from people like Matthew Davidson is outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending this superb service to all who are looking to reduce cost per click and increase sales via pay per click Mike Le Put MLP Training

Wordstream have really helped us to make our Adwords/Bing campaigns work for us. We use both the software and the consulting services to ensure we stay on top of our campaigns and get the most for our money. I would definitely recommend Wordstream for businesses looking to make sure their monthly ad spend goes as far as possible.

I have been with WordStream for a few months now and have gained more knowledge than I could have by reading more books or completing more certs for AdWords. The guidance I have received has helped me clean up my campaigns and really see some good strides. The WordStream platform is so easy to use and the database of their 'tips & tricks' sure has come in handy! This definitely is a great service for the 'amateur' online advertising nerds, like me.

My Experience with WordStream was awesome! I run a small UK agency based out of London and they really helped me with managing my existing work. On top of that they helped me recruit new clients with the white labeled grader. I went from having 5 clients to 15 in the 12 months I have been using WordStream. needless to say i am not going anywhere!
