WordStream has been an excellent and trusted resource for managing and optimizing our Google Ad Words Account. The platform itself is brilliant, however, I would recommend the premium package where you are paired with an expert that works directly with you on your account. Joy has made this investment worth it, as we are starting to see more engagement with our ads.

My experience with Wordstream has been solid. Our reps are helpful and respond to my questions within the day that I ask them. The service itself has revitalized our text ad campaigns and has greatly increased our paid search ROI in comparison to when we managed it in-house.

There are some great benefits, but some needed improvements too. AI recommendations. A lot of the 20 minute work week recommendations are, well, not good. Some of the recommendations are unrelated to the industry or conflict with campaign goals. A better breakdown of the full capabilities of Wordstream that differs from Google Ads. What is the same, what is different and why you should use the Wordstream platform over Google Ads (as I still do most of my work outside of the 20 minute work week in Google Ads). Allowing longer call time or more frequent calls with reps to discuss strategy (especially for account holders like agencies with multiple accounts). Going over 1 maybe 2 accounts (only skimming the surface by the way) every other week doesn't accomplish a lot. Also, that leaves the other accounts neglected for up to a month plus, unless I personally go in and handle things outside of the 20 minute work week. Having better capabilities with help support for call tracking and tracking conversions. Our biggest issue is with Marchex and CDJR automotive dealerships. I know you guys personally work with Marchex, but in order to implement conversions to be tracked we need the actual snippet from Marchex, not a snippet built by WordStream. It's OEM mandated and Marchex is the only vendor that can be used with CDJR dealerships. I would think this would be resolved to accomplish one of your main talking points, conversions.

We have been using Wordstream for about 4 months now. For a beginner in PPC it is invaluable in reducing wasted Adwords spending. Our consulant has been very helpful too with good ideas and pointers.

We began using Wordstream and immediately uncovered wasted ad spend. The 20 Minute work week report generated each Monday morning is a fantastic report that lets you know where to focus your efforts. The tools get 5 stars. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because our dedicated consultant moved on and we were given a new consultant who was not familiar with our history. Just felt like we took a step backwards when the transition happened.

Great service and support. I've been doing AdWords for my clients for many years now, but have certainly learned a few things since joining WordStream. Their software has some nice features which make analysis of campaigns really easy.
