This powerful software helps manage everything in a single platform, from writing as copy and finding new keywords, to custom reporting and conversion tracking. The 20 Minute Work week is a life saver. But where Wordstream really shines is the customer support. The sales process was more of a learning experience than a pressured sales pitch (Margeaux) and my bi-weekly managed services calls help keep our accounts optimized and running smoothly (Bonny). Each call she comes armed with lots of really great ideas and topics to ensure we’re getting the most clicks for the lowest amount possible, and I truly learn so much every time. We’ve since increased our Paid traffic by 200% and barely increase our monthly spend because our quality score has increased dramatically. None of this would be possible without Wordstream, and I’m glad to have added their software and managed services to our small consulting firm.

Very good with customer service, always attentive and open to ideas that fit your business, have many employees that have worked in different fields, so even if your specific advisor has not worked in your specific business before, they have the resources to do the proper research to help you. Their projective analysis of PPC markets is extremely helpful in developing an accurate account targeting your specific work.

Great experience with the managed services thus far. My account manager has implemented various improvements to our campaign and is exceptionally informative and makes solid recommendations to improve campaign performance. Even if you are an avid Adwords user, their services are most certainly viable as they operate as a true extension of our in-house marketing staff.
