WordfenceReviews of wordfence.com

Wordfence does the job right! I am continually impressed with how well they protect my sites, especially considering how many wordpress hackers are out there and how advanced they're getting. Thank you, Wordfence!

Great service!

Had an issue getting into my website/dashboard because I had created two independently and had forgotten all about the older one. Support responded quickly and was very helpful. Issue had to be resolved over several emails and they were helpful and efficient throughout.

Had a problem with my Wordfence Scan stalling midway. Phil diagnosed the problem very fast! Problem resolved in 1 day. Excellent service. I will continue with the yearly subscription.

Fast. Efficient

After weeks of dealing with a recurring and deeply frustrating malware problem, Wordfence Response finally delivered the answers and resolution I had been trying to obtain. The infection was intermittent and difficult to reproduce, and previous investigations had repeatedly concluded that the site was clean. From the beginning, the Wordfence intake specialist carefully reviewed the extensive history and made sure the right information reached the incident-response team. Graham Chapman then began the forensic audit that evening. By the following morning, he had located the active malware that others had missed, removed it, verified our production and staging environments, and provided detailed reports explaining exactly what had happened and how to protect the site going forward. The speed and depth of that work were extraordinary. After weeks of uncertainty, Graham found and resolved the actual problem essentially overnight. I sincerely hope I never need the incident-response side of Wordfence again. However, after what I went through, it is an enormous relief to know that Graham and the Wordfence team are on my side if another security problem ever arises. I am deeply grateful, extremely impressed and completely confident that purchasing Wordfence Response was the right decision. Five stars without hesitation.

A massive thank you to Margaret at Wordfence for helping us get a plugin reviewed after a security issue was discovered. It’s now marked as safe, which is a huge weight off my mind! At Tinpeas we care a lot about the websites we look after and the people behind them, so these things can be stressful. Margaret and the Wordfence teams help has given us one less thing to worry about, and that’s worth its weight in cyber gold. If you're serious about WordPress security we strongly recommend checking Wordfence out, even the free version is incredible. Awesome support! Much appreciated by all of us at Tinpeas!
