Absolute life savers. I had a recurring malware infestation which we were struggling to clear. Wpengine didn't manage despite three attempts. This was exposing my customers at the busiest time of year for us. Graham dealt with the malware infestation quickly, effectively, professionally, patiently and courteously. Not only that, but he went beyond his remit to advise and fix other issues. Absolutely delighted with the support and can thoroughly recommend.

The Wordfence scan, that has protected my websites for a few years now, found a plugin that was no longer being attended, and recommended its removal. I was unable to find the plugin due to a name discrepancy. But the Wordfence team researched and found it, and I was able to eliminate the bad plugin. It was a great frustration for me until the Wordfence techs intervened!
