The bag is as described, just got it but it looks wet constructed and durable. Experience was easy, shipping prompt.

I paid to have it personalized and put the name I wanted on the order, but it arrived without the personalization. It’s a gift and I have no time to have it redone. So disappointed.

Your return policy is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again. I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. So now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want.

I tried to return the bag because it didn't meet the expectations I had. However, I kept getting a bargaining instead of a return process. The original bag that I purchased wasn't available and I wasn't able to cancel the order for a refund.

Bag delivery to EU/DE was delayed with additional customs charges from fedex, personal information like tax number was requested more than one time, additionally there was a small bag made of beef leather included that I have not purchased, it seems to be included in tax charges as well. So the costs including the taxes made the product totally overpriced
