Bestelltes Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar. Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises wird vom Verkäufer verweigert. Stattdessen anderes Produkt angeboten. Neues (teureres) Produkt schließlich bestellt und erhalten. Rückerstattung des ersten nicht lieferbaren Produktes erfolgte erst nach Kauf des neuen Produktes. Verkäufer weigert sich aber, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung zu stellen. Insgesamt kein erfreuliches Kauferlebnis. Viel Ärger. Aber Kundenservice immerhin reaktiv

The messenger bag is amazing, and it’s good quality for the price. The only issue was as follows: my original choice was out of stock so I needed to chose a different model.

Great backpack and good communication

Fantastic bag, built well, good quality materials. Everything shown and described on the website was no different in person. I’d happily buy again. Shipping and updates of where my product was were frequent and clear throughout.

I purchased a camera backpack from Woosir. Two weeks after I bought it, I took it on location. All I had inside was my mirrorless camera and 2 lenses, so it was not loaded much. The strap broke, and the feet on the bottom of the bag rubbed my back so badly that I got very painful abrasions. I sent photos to the company to ask for a refund, and they denied it because I was 2 days outside the 14-day return window. The product is clearly faulty and not good quality.
