Good after sales service After receiving my article, I noticed that the packaging was damaged by shipping. After contacting woopshop through his chat, I contacted the after-sales service via emails and woop shop returned the money that the item cost me. I will definitely buy again on the web due to the good support it has.

Firstly they had an error on the website saying the order wasn't successfully and than ending up receiving the items! When items arrived the boxes where smashed, and the items where either broken, scratched or dented. if I knew I would have chose elsewhere.

I emailed you guys about a return over a week ago. Still waiting for a response. The item is nothing like what you have on your website.

In my last order one of the products was damaged so i contacted woopshop support and they solved my problem.Very happy and satisfied with service and products.I would recommend woop shop.

The trade (buying and delivery) was without problem, but when connecting the product to car the fuse was blown. Haven't studied yet was the product faulty or was there some failure in the car.
