I ordered 2 personalised keyrings tonight 6 December 2024, used PayPal but they still wanted my Visa details, email, etc. Once I paid, NO confirming email for the purchases were received, nor an approx date of arrival etc. The purchase ref number is quite irregular as in lower case, capital letters, an entire sentence, in my opinion. I've made a screenshot of it so if I do not receive the 2 keyrings for my twin brother's birthday, I can ask the Bank to step in. See what happens next, I may be one of the few lucky ones who DID get their orders AND the quality matches the pricing structure. To be continued, if I'm happy will let you know. As their 5* feedbacks are most probably staged(?!). Not ONE 1* , all are 5*??

Very hard to reach and takes a very long time to receive my shoes I sent several emails and never got a response

Sizing is way off. I wear a size 2 dress. I ordered a small which is 2-4. Could not zip. I can’t find instructions for return

It took forever, but the product came.

Took a month to receive order. Using DHL as delivery company does not work for me in my area.. and the dragon print pants aren’t as good as advertised.. you can bearly see the dragon print.. I would try to return them but I can only imagine what I would go through trying to get my money back.. I recommend shopping elsewhere...👎
