Hello Melissa, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry for the frustration you've encountered. We aim to be as transparent as possible with our subscription process and the renewal price is always shown on the screen before the payment, and we apologize if it wasn’t clear. You can cancel your subscription anytime directly through the app by going to Profile Settings > Manage Subscription. As far as I can see, my colleagues have already got in touch with you by email and arranged the refund for you. We will be happy to provide you with further assistance whenever you need it.
