Good customer service

Came in today opened an account. The service was prompt and excellent.

I love woodforest just 2 days ago I encountered a problem i had spoke to the Regional manager Marty and he took care of the situation within seconds I totally recommend this bank to anyone very convenient and stays open later than any other regular bank!! #TeamWoodForest#

I am extremely disappointed in the service we received at your Aurora IL location. My son was told in order to get a cash advance from our credit card, we had to open an account, which we did. After the account was opened, we were told there were fees for having a balance under $300. Ok, not a big deal. Then the following day, he was charged a fee for having a debit card issued. This was not disclosed to us upon opening the account. He decided to close the account due to the fees that were being charged and that were not disclosed before opening the account. He was charged another fee for closing the account. This is extremely ridiculous and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

If you are j1 avoid opening this bank account, it has given me a lot of problems apart from that I received bad advice, when I supposedly had to maintain a balance of 100 dollars so that I was not charged anything, and it really had to be 300 dollars that by card policies, when I went in August and the advisor repeated the same thing to me, which the customer service tells me that those policies changed since July and they did not give me the correct information, go to better banks like Truist, my worst mistake was to have canceled that account and having stayed with this

Horrible credit union won't let you purchase online make you go all the way to branch to check your identity then tell you they won't let you spend it at a certain place. Then when you tell them your gooing to switch banks they completely shut down your purchasing, and they don't even have an after-hours customer service! trust me stay away from these scammers.

I put a deposit in on December 8th. Today is December 16th, the money while I can see it in my account is not active. Over a week! 7 business days! This is CRAZY!!
