Well I am trying my best to compose myself in the small fact that woodforest bank stole about $ 15.00 a month until my account went dry! I was originally told when I made my account that $ 100.00 was a sufficient balance to keep in my account. I opened this account for ebay only. At some point I forgot about this account and moved on. The EVIL woodforsest bloodsuckers at some point decided to up the minimum amount to $300.00 . We'll well welll.... how nice of them to send an email. I erase so many every day. My fault. So they took every DIME. They only alerted me AFTER MY ACCOUNT WENT NEGATIVE....... WWWWOOOOOWWWWW!!!!! How nice of them..... enjoy being pooped on...

Worst experience ever talk to three rep each one gave me a different story.All three rep stated i received benefits on the 3rd of the month.I ask them to check my records all ways before the 3rd . Very unprofessional they talk while you are talking and you have to keep repeating yourself.I never gotten paid on the 3rt they check my bank statements and I always receive payment before the 3rd im done with Wood Forest Bank

I put some money in a Personal Sterling Account for Christmas savings. I had forgotten about the account. I received a notice stating they have taken out money for inactivity. This was not discussed when I opened the account. A bank is supposed to protect your money. Not steal it.

Rushed to the bank at 3475 parkway village ct in Winston Salem nc the lady told me she couldn’t cash my check cause the bank didn’t have any money?????? Never in my 65 years living on this earth have I ever heard before. What was she doing open if she couldn’t give cash back???? Plus their atm is always down. So I had to rush to Jonestown road at that Walmart to cash my check the reason I say rushed because it was near closing time this teller was very nice because it was near closing and she had a great attitude cash it 5:55 pm so thankful I made it their. But the bank at parkway village ct they need help

Re: WoodForest Bank on Park Vista Blvd: Bad experience in my request for a service involving a deposit….rep failed to advise me of an option to, instead of placing a ‘hold’ on a deposit of a check to cash check at the issuing bank instead for quicker access…..horrible customer service

Someone got my debit card number and placed an order on amazon for $300.When i checked my account the next morning at 6am I noticed the charge.Called customer service as soon as they opened had to deal with an extremely rude individual who basically blamed me for the charge.My card did get killed and an investigation was opened.Here two weeks later I called back to get an update the person I spoke with who by the way talked like he had a mouthful of peanut butter said the investigation was denied and the case was closed.My days with woodforest are now numbered.

All I can say is stay as far away from this bank as possible. There is no true banking infustricture behind this bank. Everything is done locally and based upon your local bank, your experiance will vary from bank to bank The corporate office in Texas offers no support to customers having issues at the local branch. You have been warned.

I visited the location in Walmart in Salisbury, MD on 07/01/2027. When I arrived, there was a customer in front of me, one counter person and two people at desk. The female at desk the asked what did I need, I replied that I would like change for $20.00, she replied and pointed at the counter person, she can help you. Apparently, the counter person (who never acknowledged my presence) was having some type of technical issues assisting the customer. I had been in line for seven minutes. Instead of taking care of my less than a minute transaction, the female that was sitting at the desk came over to provide assistance to the counter person. After waiting three additional minutes. I like without being serviced. I saw this as blatant rudeness and if I were seeking a financial institution, Woodforest would not even be an option. Rev. Dr. R. Terry Graham-Miles
