The neck pillow is great but ear defenders don’t work

I have sent an e-mail for a return however there has been no response at all! I would like to return the item and I’m still within the 60 days!

Prompt service in relation to receiving a faulty neck support. Replacement came in time for holidays and 17hr of flights...hoping it's all it should be. Customer service has been very efficient.

After placing and paying for an order for two items. They emailed me back stating they had made a mistake with pricing and cancelled my order. Went to reorder the itmes and the price had doubled. Just to add as well they took my payment instantly but yet my refund from them will take up to 10 days Email they sent was short, abrupt clearly don't care about customers

Absolute game changer! Just used these for the 1st time on a 12 hour flight from Bangkok to London - I slept for 6 hours (and I can never sleep on long or short flights) my wife used hers too and loved it (she also slept more than she normally can on a long flight) 100% worth the money, great quality- comfortable and easy to use, gives great support- fantastic

As a new customer I had ordered two neck support units. One of which had a tear at the Velcro fastener. I took pictures to confirm my statement and before I could call I had received an email stating a new Neck rest was already on its way. That is first class customer service!!!! I am so impressed and it was so very prompt. Thank you for superb follow up for a new customer. Thank you!!!
