Dear Customer, It appears you have left this review for the wrong business. WoodenCrew is a travel gear and accessories brand, not a platform for wooden craftsmanship or DIY projects. We kindly ask you to remove this review, as it does not reflect our actual products or store. Thank you.

Dear Sheralyn Aguilar, We apologize for the delay with your order. Sometimes unexpected issues can create temporary delays in transit. According to the latest tracking information, your package arrived at the GOFO Regional Hub in Newark, CA on October 12. It is moving through the final stages of the delivery network and should be delivered to you in 2-3 days. Best regards, WoodenCrew Support

Hello Ros, We’re sorry to hear the pillow didn’t work well for you. Comfort during travel can sometimes be very individual, and what feels supportive for one person may not feel the same for another. Our pillow is designed to balance support and freedom of movement, and it can be adjusted for a more secure fit so it doesn’t interfere with your headphones. Many customers find it helps relieve neck strain and makes long journeys easier, but we understand it may not be the perfect match for everyone. Thanks
