no one contacted me that the color I wanted was not available and I finally contact and ordered a different color but I didn't receive the beach bag I had ordered Aug 1 I just received the shoes last week

We understand your frustration regarding the blue Nomad being unavailable. When you contacted us, we explained the situation, apologized for the delay in communication, and offered a refund if you preferred not to continue with the order. You chose to change the order to black instead, and we were happy to make that adjustment for you. Regarding the summer bag, the promotion was subject to the terms and conditions stating that bags were available while supplies lasted. We let you know that we would try to include one with your shipment, and if we were unable to do so, we offered to include one with a future order. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’re enjoying your new shoes.
