My on line purchase was a quick and well coordinated delivery to my home. The table I purchased required assembly, was easy but was missing two bolts. I e-mailed WJS informing them of the shortage. They responded the next day, they offered me a very generous refund if I would purchase the two bolts, I did and told them and they sent me a refund the next day. The company and their Customer Service are exceptional.

It took a bit of back and forth conversations with Benny in China, but only because we wanted custom covers. Benny was fantastic and accommodating and even though only two arm units were in stock…he sent those to tide us over until the additional pieces are available…and our additional covers in black velvet. It only took time to lock it all down because of the time difference between here and China, but Benny was there for us each evening, answering our many questions. The two pieces that arrived are lovely and appear well made. We had them unpacked and assembled within a half hour. The covers are heavy and substantial…with a soft, chenille nap. We got the beige to switch out with our velvet. Like having two different sofas! We’re very pleased. Thank you Benny!

Andy in customer service was excellent. I explained to Andy how difficult it was for me to get my sofa in 5 Hugh boxes to my apartment on the 24th floor after several days of receiving. I ordered 5 pieces however I only needed 4. He suggested for me to keep all pieces and not go through the experience of hauling down 24 floors and gave me a credit to keep all 5. My sofa is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for such amazing customer service. I'll be sending pictures shortly. Velda Landrum-Babin

I love my modular sofa. Great quality. Easy to put together. I accidentally ordered the wrong piece and emailed the company for advice. They responded quickly. Offered me a solution, gave me a credit and expedited my new piece. Great quality for the price and excellent customer service.

I was really nervous about purchasing the Velluno 3-seater couch with ottomans online but was influenced after reading all the reviews and watching a lot of videos online. I can say that for the price, the quality and size of this particular couch is 100% worth it. The size is perfect for my 2 bedroom apartment and for my husband who is 6’4. The customer service was incredible and quick to respond. I received 3 arm rests, 1 middle section, 1 ottoman instead of 2 arm rests, 1 middle section and 2 ottomans. We didn’t realize it until maybe 4 days after delivery when we got a chance to set up the couch. Our customer service rep was extremely apologetic and was able to immediately resolve the issue within a few days for us. My only piece of advice would be if you are ordering in the US, as soon as you get your tracking numbers, call FedEx and be very specific about where you want your items delivered and follow up with FedEx a few times before your delivery date. Our first three pieces came from TX, 87 lbs each and were left on the first floor of our apartments instead of on the second floor in front of our door. When this happened I called FedEx and was advised that my note entered on the FedEx site wasn’t seen. So I asked for the next 2 packages to be delivered to the second floor in front of the door. I called FedEx again, two days before delivery, to ensure the note that was entered by the rep over the phone was seen and it again was not seen so entered again. The second delivery set was delivered to my front door as requested so PLEASE take the time to follow up with FedEx especially if you won’t have anyone to help you. Otherwise if and when I need a new couch I’ll be back to WJS home site and recommending to anyone who needs a new couch!!

Our preferred colored couch delivery was delayed and the customer service was very accommodating! They quickly shipped us the same couch in a different color of our choosing, and since the covers are completely interchangeable and washable, they promised to ship our original preferred color once it was back in stock free of charge! We got our couch is 2-3 business days and it was very easy to set up.

What an easy and pleasant experience. It took me a while to decide to purchase the couch because I wanted to make sure I was dealing with a legitimate company and they were so quick to respond to my many questions and so helpful. They even sent me extra pictures to help me decide between two different couches. Benny was so kind and everyone I had contact with was incredibly helpful and personable. The couch showed up quickly but in separate boxes (a couple boxes showed up on different days). The chenille, khaki fabric is absolutely beautiful and a higher quality than I was expecting for the price. It is very soft and we love the color. The couch was very easy to assemble and there was a point where we were not sure if we were going to be able to get the fabric around the base of the section, but we just went at it from the “other side” and it went right on. The pieces come packaged inside the base and everything is vacuum packed so you may need to wiggle the pieces to get them out and give the cushions a day or two and they will be extra fluffy. I love that you can stand the back of the cushions up or angle them if you want a little more comfort. The back cushions are a little more firm, which is great because they always look nice and fluffy. I know they will soften overtime. We are really happy with the couch and make sure to check your measurements because it is a big couch. I love that it is big but not overbearing. Love love love this company. They respond quickly. Theyre helpful. Their shipping dates are accurate. One of my pieces came damaged and they send a replacement the very next day. So glad and relieved i chose this brand! Customer for life!
