Hey Steven! We’re so happy to hear you love the band and found the “how to” video helpful — that’s exactly what we hoped for! We totally understand how postal delays can be frustrating, so we’re glad our team could offer a smooth workaround with an alternate address. Thanks a lot for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience 💪✨ Enjoy your band, and we hope it makes every day a bit more stylish!

Hi Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the confusion and delay you experienced. After checking our records, we haven’t received the video you mentioned — it’s possible it didn’t go through successfully. Could you please resend it to our support email so we can sort this out right away? We’ll make sure your case gets priority once we receive your reply, and we’ll help fix the color mix-up too.
