I have been a customer of WizeBand for years for myself, and especially as gifts, as it looks really expensive (smile). Not only are the bands exceptional quality but the customer service is equally impressive. Two of my bands broke. I reached out to customer service via email, provided the photos of the broken bands and they sent me brand new ones! Thank you WizeBand! Keep up the exceptional work!

I very seldom leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with my purchase at Wizeband and most especially, with Emily at Wizeband customer service. I made an error in ordering the wrong color for my Apple Watch band. I contacted Customer Service immediately to check to see if I could change the color prior to shipment. Emily immediately worked internally to update my order and then worked to ensure that the correct color band was shipped. Good to her word, the band color I wanted was delivered, and it looks even better on my watch than I expected. The band is great quality, feels substantial, and I am a very happy customer! If you see a band you like, order it—you’ll enjoy wearing it every day!

I love these bands! So much better than the ones on Amazon. Light soft and comes in a smaller band, great for those of us with smaller wrists. P
