MoxieReviews of withmoxie.com

Moxie has helped me simplify my freelance business. I've been at it for 14+ years now, and I like being able have a single log in and manage everything in one place. How everything is organized makes sense to me.

After trying many other systems, I chose 'Hectic' because it appeared to be growing - and that I could grow with it. I've been happy thus far and when there have been issues (a calendar wasn't showing up properly), they were fixed pronto. Customer service is awesome - and I'm loving the new online group for chatting out the systems and best practices.

Support has been incredibly responsive and helpful when I’ve needed help getting set up. I’m still in the process of moving my clients into Moxie, and nearly every day I find something else I can do in the app that makes my life a bit easier. This is the app I’ve been looking for since I started freelancing.

I love moxie this has helped take my business to the next level. It’s very user friendly and keeps my clients information organized. The only thing I wish it had was spell check.

So, I love Moxie, and I've been using it since it was Hectic. Honestly, I don't know how I could have signed agreements or kept track of invoices without it. I discovered it at the perfect time in my freelance career. However, it doesn't allow me to add my Nigerian phone number. My country code doesn't show or come up and because of that, I've not been able to enable two-factor authentication.

Moxie (formerly Hectic app) is absolutely brilliant! The team goes above and beyond to address any questions or problems you might have. The best part about Moxie is its pricing. Being based in India, I qualified for a location-based scholarship that has been incredibly helpful for me! However, I'm not sure if they still offer these scholarships. Plus, their user interface is clean, minimalist, and has all the essential tools I need to manage my freelance business. Highly recommend Moxie for freelancers!

I've recently relaunched a web development business after several years of hiatus. This time around, I knew I wanted to find an all-in-one solution to help manage the business. After testing several SaaS, I determined that Moxie (formally Hectic) is that solution. It really has it all! - CRM - Sales Pipeline - Proposals - Contracts - Invoices - Online Payments & Recurring Subscriptions - Project Management - White-labeled Mobile Responsive Client Portal - Meeting Scheduler - Support Ticket System - Mobile App for Admin & Team Members - Browser & App Push Notifications - Time Tracking - Accounting - Reports - Email & Calendar Sync - Business Phoneline w/ Text Messaging Did I miss anything?! And here is the BEST part... It's super simple to use, has an awesome UI (love me that dark theme) and the support team are Rock Stars! I'm grateful some of my peers recommended this SaaS to me, and I hope I inspire others to give it a try!

Moxie is an affordable and capable business management software tailored to freelancers. I use it for invoicing, expense tracking, project management, client communications, client subscriptions, time tracking, and CRM. My FAVOURITE part of Moxie is the absolute stellar support via chat with a product expert. It has to have one of the best support teams of any product I've ever used. Check it out and you won't be disappointed.
