The customer service has been wonderful. The support person has answered all my questions with kindness and patience. There are some site limitations such as only having one option for basic cards if you want to save on sending your invitation. Some things came as surprise after I have already committed to the site and it would have been a hassle to use a different site. If money is not an issue, the site is very user friendly.

Everything was easy to use

All I’ll say is that you shouldn’t just pick this because it’s “free” (it’s not the, there are hidden charges). The other premium website builders that are up front about their pricing.. well what can I say. They don’t try to trick you by saying it’s free when it’s not. The user experience for the guests is also quite bad. I’m glad it wasn’t too late for me to pull out and go with one of the other options.

Great choices of templates for newbies in creating their own website

Best wedding website around. They think of everything. Printing with them was a breeze. I seriously would use again but I'm only getting married once.

Their RSVP/Guest list experience is extremely laggy. The page to update contacts takes a while to load, so it makes adding guests tedious. Additionally, the RSVP customization capabilities are limited. For example, we are including children in our guest count, however, there is not way to distinguish children from adult guests or identify which children need meals or not. I now have to reach out to each guest individually to ask whether children will need meals or not. Wish I had researched better before picking this site.
