I was very pleased with my "Joy" experience. I found the process of creating the Wedding Website to be intuitive, pretty easy to navigate, edit and publish. I really like the guest list/RSVP tracking feature and ease of creating and texting/emailing invitations. In the interest of transparency, I would state somewhere earlier in the process that there is a cost associated with the invitations, even the electronic ones, so people know what to expect at each stage of the process.

Good experience overall But I find the tagging process not very user friendly especially for a wedding with various languages Apart from this, that was fun to prepare With joy

While the website is fine, we have not received ANY of our gifts or cash funds we did through With Joy. Our wedding was almost 2 months ago, gifts that were ordered in June never arrived.

I booked accommodations through withjoy.com for a wedding I attended. I received confirmation emails from them and they processed my full payment. The listing turned out to be fraudulent, as I realized upon arriving to the property to check in. The property is currently inhabited by squatters and is not being used as a vacation rental. Customer service at withjoy.com is poor and consists of an email address connected to AI. The company has so far refused to refund my payment.

Love how easy is been to do our wedding website, online and in the app. So many theme to choose and we found one that goes perfectly with our wedding. I was even able to include in or invitations a QR code to make it easier for our guests to RSVP you our event. Our website looks so professional. Also I love the With Joy is LGBTQIA+ friendly.

DO NOT USE WITHJOY. The worst experience I have ever had. I booked a hotel room for my cousin's wedding. I arrived, went to check in and the hotel did not have my booking. I had to book and pay for another room. I am still arguing with Joy for a refund a week later. They claim due process, I claim theft of my money.

I will absolutely never book through withjoy ever again. Always go directly to your hotel. The policies they have are crap and really aren’t much help for me who make honest mistakes. So don’t forget your wallet at home on pure accident because you’re screwed & can’t receive a refund from that point. I mean nobody could help me all. What is one suppose to do when that happens? Some policy needs to be created on that specially because it ruined my entire evening. I was late for my wedding I was attending. The hotel and withjoy both gave me the worst troubles. And o still can’t get a refund. It’s been a horrible sad mess and trip for me. I’ll never use withjoy EVER again.
