Very disappointing experience. Joy’s website feels misleading when it comes to pricing. They seem to charge customers in whichever currency benefits them the most, not the customer. The exchange rates are unclear, inconsistent, and end up costing more than expected. There’s no transparency, and it feels like a deliberate way to squeeze extra money out of users. I wouldn’t trust this site again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fair and honest pricing.

I love the design of the templates, many to choose from when creating the wedding site. It allows RSVP and makes it easier to keep track of the responses.

Free to use and helped save us a lot of time. Easier than sending invites by post The website can be slow and crash on the mobile. But overall it's great.
