I just want to give a quick shout out to this wonder company! We as consumers are bombarded with ads and fake seller's so to find this amazing experience with a company I have never dealt with I am absolutely impressed. I saw this on another site which was quite a bit less but the reviews for the customer service was horrible so i went straight to the real site and i sent off an email to see if they would even respond. Not only did they answer my question In a timely manner they went above and beyond and applied a discount and it was a LIVE PERSON! Yes, we still want that,, and we still need human connections, it was refreshing. I cannot wait to receive my lamp and tell my daughter what a great experience I had... Way to go !!! I recently ordered a Havie lamp & LOVE the dramatic & calming shadows it creates. I was disappointed that the charging cord (that is also lso terribly too short, so I hope Havie’s engineers will make these 3x as long) arrived slightly bent & unable to charge. But Havie’s great customer service, particularly Isabelle, resolved the issue right away & with such attention to detail! She came up with a creative solution that allowed me to purchase a different charging cable & was so sweet about it all. You’ve earned a happy customer who will sing your praises!
