I ordered two. They took forever to arrive from China and when they did, the boxes were mangled. Generic remotes. No UPC cables. I wrote in and asked for cables and got a flowery response with excuses about packaging. The battery life is a few hours max. They are pretty but weirdly have loose pieces. I am trying to return them now and cannot get Isabella - who apparently is the only customer service rep - to give me the address. I am a day away from putting in a chargeback with my credit card company. Update: I did get a response back and was given a full refund without needing to return the items. I wish I could have sent them back to reduce waste but I’m glad for the refund regardless. Updated to two stars because of that.

Isabelle is absolutely amazing! What a wonderful asset to your company! She received my concern and was so prompt in responding and assisting. Her emails made my day with her kindness and patience. Will definately be purchasing again as gifts, and mostly due to the wonderful customer service from Isabelle!

I appreciate their customer support working with me on a hassle-free return process. They were prompt actors, professional and kind in correspondence.

The light is very relaxing and brings great ambience. I had a little difficulty getting it set up initially, but the customer service team helped me out. I got a quick response that helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Isabelle was lovely! Looking forward to lots of use from my Havie

First of all, the Havie Lamp is really cool, once I got it up and running on my nightstand. More importantly, my customer service rep, Isabelle, was amazing throughout the entire process!! I emailed service to obtain and tracking number for the package, and she helped me throughout the rest of the way home. Pure professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. Bring on the warm light nights all winter long!

I thought I was having issues with my product and sent an email - turns out I just wasn’t doing the right thing to get it working and had a personalized response by a real human (Isabelle) who kindly explained to me a few things to try to resolve my issue. She was responsive and personal and I was very thankful to have that level of support on a product I’ve purchased

This is clearly a drop shipped item. My lamp came in a box with no “Havie” branding, and the product itself doesn’t even have “Havie” branding on it anywhere. The battery lasts less than 2 hours. The user manual doesn’t have any instruction on how to connect bluetooth or how to do any of the other functions it claims to do. This is a huge waste of money. I’d maybe spend $10 on this.

The Havie and reading lamp are great and I’m so happy with my purchase. I had a few questions and customer service was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Isabelle did a great job answering my questions.
