I was inquiring about their monthly subscriptions, and I asked through their chat and I was promptly responded to under a minute. The sender was very nice and he helped me find what I needed and made the whole experience painless and quick.

Reply quickly and accurate. Servers are relatively cheap and work great! Definitely would recommend hosting your server here.

Hello, This is my seconds review of this host and it has improved but not much. there panel has gotten alot better but it still doesnt look nice on the ui side. Recently a lot of migrations to different nodes has been going on. which means ip changing and there is alot of downtime. Also the support is terrible i am a developer for a minecraft server and they use this host and when i am offline he messages support some times and it has never done what he asked them to do. They always took long to respond and never helped

Hello there and thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you don't like the look of our panel and while generally its subjective, we would apricate your feedback on how to improve. Regarding the recent downtimes because of migrations, they just needed to happen. We are sorry for the downtime that had to take place, but it was usually a small amount of time per server, depending on the file size of them. Our support has unfortunately been put on a slightly lower priority then the migrations, and as such, has suffered a response time slowdown. Over the coming weeks, we hope to bring this back up to our speedy standard. Thanks for the feedback, we hope you can provide us with some ideas on how to improve and possibly you can like us again.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate your kind words, and we always hope to improve. We apologies if the support times have been slower then usual, the migrations have taken priority, but it doesn't appear this has been an issue for you, but expect even faster support soon!

Got my discord bot hosting for only 1$ a month, works very well and never stops running. Also accepts debit cards which is very helpful.
