My Minecraft java server was on pending for so long, I asked for help on the help chat center but still didn't get any response??? I cancelled my service but did not get my money or an refund back.. I wanted a refund but they blocked my card. I hate this server hosting. Let me have an refund.

couldn't upload files because website refused somehow couldn't download modpacks from curseforge because it wouldn't load even if it lets me upload files, if there is a 0 kb file it's gonna cancel middle of nowhere instead of not uploading those files asked for a refund and they didn't even let me know when i'll have my money back you are suppose to be a premium member to be able to create a ticket on discord cool.

This can't be normal, I have reached out for help through the website help center chat on 3 different occasions and each time I have had to wait more than 12 hours for a response, I still don't have an operating server with the modpack I chose as no moda load on start up. just want a refund at this point to go somewhere else!

The service itself is good but has many flaws and bugs its not even completely automated. The support staff is too slow and bad, when a company that is not completely automated and requires staff actions so it should have a good support panel. Utterly bad service

For the past year or two, I've been a customer of Witherhosting, and while their pricing is undeniably attractive, the experience has been a frustrating one. Support: A Slow and Unreliable Journey The biggest issue I've encountered is the support team. Responses are painfully slow, often taking an agonizingly long time. I've found myself repeatedly resolving issues on my own due to the lack of knowledge and timely assistance. Even basic requests, like fixing backup issues (reported months ago!), are met with band-aid solutions and a lack of thorough investigation. It feels like some support staff are more focused on closing tickets than actually resolving problems. Storage: Unmetered, But With Unrealistic Limits Witherhosting advertises "unmetered" storage, but the reality is far from that. Every time you upgrade or downgrade your server, the storage resets to a paltry 40GB, their default limit. Then, you have to wait another decade for support to adjust your storage, which they often refuse to do without a "valid reason." For example, when I needed to upgrade my storage to compile a server, they suggested using their backup system, even though their backup system is notoriously unreliable and doesn't even back up the entire server! Server Performance: Cheap, But Unstable Witherhosting's servers are certainly budget-friendly, but the price comes with a trade-off: unreliable performance. This isn't just a matter of my internet connection, as multiple players have experienced the same issues. The instability extends to their premium servers, which sometimes perform worse than their budget counterparts. This inconsistency makes it difficult to trust their services for anything critical. Final Verdict: While Witherhosting offers a tempting price point, the slow, unreliable support, inconsistent server performance, and unrealistic storage limitations make it a risky choice. If you're looking for a cheap and stable hosting solution, you might need to look elsewhere. The headaches simply aren't worth the savings.

We understand there is currently an issue with the storage cap resetting when upgrading or downgrading a service, which we are working to resolve. However, after reviewing the chats, we could not see any chat that denied you expansion of storage. The only time we recommend that you use the backup system instead was when you wanted to compress your server, which is what the backup system is for and doesn't impact your server's storage limits. I am not sure what you mean by "doesnt even backup the entire server" as this is not the case, unless you have manually excluded files or directories. If you have had any issues with the backup system, please let us know and provide more infomation as we have not heard of this being an issue! As per the performance issues, we found the chat where you expressed concerns and when we replied to help with this issue, we received no response back from you, which hinder ours ability to assist you with the issues. The hosting service itself fails to deliver on promises of reliability, and the lack of a responsive support team exacerbates any issues users may encounter. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from opting for Wither Hosting. Their nonexistent support, deliberate delays, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make them a regrettable choice. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by exploring more reputable alternatives that prioritize customer care.

We have recently onboarded new staff members to try and help with reducing the support times. In regards to our 48h refund policy, the 48 hours is taken from when you requested the refund, not when you got a response. the support is just so slow and respond just to respond. if you think you don't need support please think twice because I can't unzip my files on there panel and I need them to do it for me but the support took 5 hours to replay and the respond is useless they basically say click Unarchive even tho it not working. i tried discord and everything no respond.
