Hey there. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are constantly working on improving our support times; we have recently hired more staff to hopefully cope with the increased support requests of late. With the release of WitherPanel V3, installing plugins and mods was simplified with a greatly improved plugin/mod browser/installer page. We also have support guides on how to install them manually. If possible, it would be great to hear from you what you thought was complicated about the process. Recently (ish - 07/07/2023), we added the ability to subscribe via PayPal for automatic payments.
