Customer service was responsive and quick, issue resolved.

I was charge $122.28 today, but I asked for a refund because I thought I cancelled my subscription; however, I paused it to 31AUG23…thus the charge. I contacted CS via text and requested the refund. CS responded immediately. I was refunded the $122.28 and subscription cancelled. I am not working at the moment and I am grateful that this was handled properly and immediately. When I am in a better financial situation, I will resubscribe because I want to continue using your products. Thank you very much for the immediate attention to this request. My Family and I greatly appreciate you , your time and efforts to resolve this issue so quickly.
