Hi I just took a quiz from wisey & I decided to try it for a month. Well they billed by pay pal account $19.99, $17.99, $17.99& again 17.99. I want a complete refund. I made a call to my credit card already. There was no mention of cost of other thing I clicked on & no other way to continue. Are they trained counselors? After reading reviews I’d like my $$ all of it back. This was a little over an hour 1/2 ago. It’s 12:32 now NY time. Beware.
Response from WiseyOct 7, 2024

We understand how important transparency is, especially when it comes to billing. In regard to your other concerns, our content is created in collaboration with experts in the fields of mindfulness and cognitive growth, but we do not replace licensed counselors or therapists. After reading the reviews I went back and retook the test and changed the answer to not be consistent with ADHD, and what you know? I got the exact same test result which said I had high levels of ADHD.
Response from WiseyOct 7, 2024
Dear Bill! Thank you for sharing your experience. We deeply apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Our goal is to provide a helpful and accurate experience, and we take your feedback seriously. The test is designed to provide general insights, but it should never replace a professional diagnosis. We appreciate your input and will review this issue to improve the accuracy of our assessments. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this in more detail, feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Take care!

Having written 2 reviews on Trustpilot and had 2 replies from Wisey asking me to email them, which I have done on several occasions, I still do not have my refund of USD19.99. Maybe a law suit is the next step
Response from WiseyOct 6, 2024

This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. Please rest assured that your concern is important to us, and we want to address this as quickly as possible. Kindly email us again at [email protected] with your case details, and we will prioritize this issue. We will do everything we can to ensure the refund is processed immediately. Wisey won't admit their test will diagnose you with ADHD no matter what answers you give. Try it right now, put in any answers and it will say you have 'high' levels of ADHD. Complete scam preying on people with mental health issues. Do not fall for this. They might give a BS response under this that addresses nothing and is a bunch of word salad.
Response from WiseyOct 6, 2024
Dear Joe! We appreciate your feedback and take these concerns seriously. Our test is designed to provide general insights based on self-reported information, but it is not intended as a diagnostic tool for ADHD or any other condition. We always encourage users to consult a licensed professional for an official diagnosis. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we are continuously working to improve the clarity of our content. If you would like further assistance, feel free to contact us at [email protected], and we’d be happy to help. We can't wait to hear from you soon so we can show you how valued you truly are!

I was completely scammed out of $50 in two separate charges by this company. A “trial” does not mean free, according to them. They make it seem like the book is a free add-on…nope.
Response from WiseyOct 5, 2024
Dear Megan! Thank you for giving us the feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with us, and we apologize for any confusion regarding our trial and billing practices. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure this issue is resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Deceptive sales tactics. Promised me a refund after I cancelled and then failed to provide it. Avoid at all costs
