It’s just videos to watch, and a bit padded out, for example a fairly long video about the dunning kruger, this is cool information but doesn’t help me at all. as someone with adhd it needs to me more interactive. Make a checklist to do each day that starts small but gets bigger. Like today tidy something, wash your clothes then as it goes on “send that email your putting off” then “do one think that’s been giving you anxiety cuz you haven’t done it yet” then look at the steps app it gives you lots of award notifications to show your progress, this is the best thing for adhd cuz you get a little dopamine hit for being told well done

Dear James! Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We completely understand that for ADHD, passive video learning might not be the most effective approach on its own. Your suggestion for a structured, interactive checklist with daily tasks that gradually increase in challenge is fantastic—building momentum with small wins and rewarding progress is a great way to stay engaged. We're always looking to improve the experience, and feedback like yours is invaluable. We'll share your thoughts with our development team to explore ways to integrate more interactive elements, progress tracking, and reward-based engagement. In the meantime, if there’s anything specific we can do to enhance your experience, please let us know— at [email protected], we’re here to support your journey!
