It didn’t feel very personal
It didn’t feel very personal; it came across as upfront and defensive. I made a mistake when I was in a challenging situation. Regarding your company name, there’s another company based in London, England, called Wiser, and I got confused, thinking it was your company charging me so much money on three different cards. I only realized the mistake after receiving information from the companies. I also made an error when signing up for your program. I’ve decided to stop using apps that charge upfront just to access their content. This has been a learning experience for me, and I will be using as few apps as possible moving forward. Regarding the cost of your content, from what I’ve seen, it seems overrated and not worth the amount charged. I’m not saying it’s bad or not useful, but I have a counselor, and with my insurance, I only pay $17.00 per visit. He already helps me with procrastination, other problems, and being accountable for my actions. I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and am grateful for your immediate assistance. Thank you sincerely, Christie Giles.

Dear Christie! Thank you for your thoughtful and honest feedback. We completely understand how such confusion could happen, especially during a challenging situation, and we’re glad we could assist you right away. We also appreciate your perspective on app-based services and respect your decision to step back from them. While we aim to provide valuable tools for mindfulness and growth, we understand that everyone’s needs and support systems are different, and it’s great that you already have a counselor who supports you well.
