DON'T DO IT! Awful program. There is better help available-- hire a ADHD coach! This company is a scam. I was billed an insane amount monthly without approval. Customer Service selectively responsive. After my first email requesting cancellation and refunds, they replied within 15-minutes offering a "lifetime membership" for only $0.01 to avoid refunding me $160 charged to my card. When I kindly declined and requested to move forward with a refund, I never heard back. They continued to bill me after cancellation. I now have to dispute all of these charges through my credit card company. UGH!! Don't make the same mistake I did!

I'm writing a new review based on my continued terrible experience with Wisey. Please read my first review on May 31st (most concerning the unauthorized charge!). You'll see that Wisey took that time to respond to my review here indicating that I should email them directly regarding a refund. I have been emailing with them directly since before May 31st trying to get a refund and each time they provide a different reason why a refund isn't possible. That said, the response to my original review is completely false. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund for a truly subpar product.

Generic results and content. Advised during questionnaire phase that a refund could be obtained if not satisfied. This is impossible to activate. I signed up for something that, on reading the small print, will be $104 per month after first month!!!! These people are just praying on the impulsive nature of adhd-ers wanting help and support.

(THET MADE THIS EIGHT AND REFUNDED MY $99.99 . IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED) I had done a trial I paid $19.99. well a lot of things happened and I forgot I even had the trial. They went to charge my credit card and I asked my credit card for a couple days to figure it out, I contacted Wisey and I'll explain that I have an account that was trying to charge my credit card and I needed to cancel. They said it could not find the account. They went and charged my credit card which went over my limit without my permission, I have recently lost my job and I have been working at a fast food job but for $12 an hour or less than I was making. At the lowest point of my life ever. I lost my car. All I had was my apartment and the things I worked hard for my whole life. I am a single man and I am here in Denver on my own my family is all deceased, it is just me. Well my landlord has a no late rent policy and I have never been late since I've been here in the last 4 years. I was going to use my credit card and buy me being charged this $99.99 for an account I have not used one time. I did not realize it was there. I pleaded with him to please help me because it's 99 dollars made the difference between me having a home to stay in or me ending up homeless. at first they seem like they wanted to help, but they kept giving me the runaround and sending me difficult instructions that I was not able to follow or understand. And then someone named Bruce contacted me and acted like working on this for me. Once they charge my credit card they magically found the account that they couldn't find before so I could cancel. I pleaded with them for days and date them for help, I let them know that I was going to be kicked out of my apartment and I had no place to put my stuff. But once they have my money on the credit card they just quit contacting me and you have not answered none of my emails. Yesterday I was evicted out of my place and I have until tomorrow to get all my stuff out I do not know no one I can put my stuff, I have a dog so I can't stay with anybody because all the people that could have helped me can't have dogs. So I may have to take my dog to the humane society. You know I figured that people would at least care in a situation like this. I begged them and begged them to please help me. I'm already in the lowest place I've ever been in my life and it's embarrassing as it is . And to plead for help for $99 just really built demoralizing. But I have to do it because I had to have a place to live. They just ignored my pleas and quit responding once they had my money on the credit card. As I have said I did not ever use the account and they seem like they wanted to help, but like I said about four and five days ago they went ghost mode on me and will not answer none of my emails. So I just wanted people to know their experience. Also I've used it a couple times ,one time for ADHD and I got some useful information. Another time I used it for procrastination and they just gave me the same exact course I had got for ADHD but they just mixed up the lessons. This other account that got charged, I do not even remember making that account. I know people got their business rules, this was the most desperate situation of my life and I have never been homeless in my life and I've worked hard my whole life. It's embarrassing I don't have a car and I have to get rights to work from coworkers and ride the bus to a fast food restaurant that I now work at. Talk about feeling discouraged and just wanting to give up on life. I will make sure to post reviews everywhere I can and let people know what type a business this is and how regard their customers. Before you use this ,just be aware that it seems like they just recycle the same information and use it in other courses. And if it comes to helping a customer out, from my experience you are on your own and you're life does not matter a single bit to these people.

Medical info is 100% made up, they give you a survey that will say you have ADHD no matter what you answer, then charge you a huge price for fake, useless information, and will charge you even if you unsubscribe. Horrible, unethical company - I am skeptical of the good reviews on here.

I don't recommend going to Wisey as a personal development app. The videos are badly designed and just gather general knowledge instead of personalized actionable tips.

I cancelled the subscription but I kept getting billed! You follow the cancel steps - about 7 re-sell messages - and you think you have submitted the cancellation. Done. But you keep getting billed! You go bank in and it tells you your account is still active. Ridiculous.

I found myself subscribed unwittingly to an additional book that I did not intentionally order and they refused to refund charge. You should be able to get a refund if you request one right away and certainly when it is a surprise charge. A company that refuses is operating deceitfully. They know much of their sales are achieved through tricks and most people don’t bother to pursue getting their money back. Dishonest or selfishly run Company.
