Misleading when collecting payments. The pricing when showed was unclearly introduced. E.g. The add ons are presented as free but one of them are not free and its even more expensive than the original subscription. Also the 30 day guarantee terms are also misleading as well. The app itself standalone is good in fact, but the way of collecting payment is very disturbing.

you need a direct app, but I can get from my phone and not have to go through the email. All the meditation pictures are like and so are the music. Your daily activities are too jam together on the page and the illustrations are too tiny. You take a lot of work.

I subscribed to Wisey, didn’t care for it, and unsubscribed. I was unsubscribed immediately. Good. It should have ended there. This is at least the 6th follow-up email I have received ABOUT UNSUBSCRIBING. Clingy much? Sheesh, LEAVE me ALONE.

SUMMATION: After engaging with the wisey.app site and reading/scanning multiple policies and other web research including on TrustPilot, I recommend *NOT* engaging with the wisey app or website at all, even to try it out. UPDATE: I remain wary of overly aggressive disclaimers and lack of transparency of pricing. However, I’m upgrading from one star to two due to a thoughtful response from the company that leaves room for possible customer service improvement. If you are tempted to engage with this company, save the email address they provided. NOTE: My experience is of trying to find out information on the policies and pricing of the app, and trying to sign up but then deciding not to engage with them. This review is a result of my research and engagement with them, from seeing an advertisement in a game until opting out partway through the process. Despite engaging screens in advertising, I became suspect of this ADHD support app (available through wisey.app) when I could not find any pricing information on their website or elsewhere on the web -- until helpful TrustPilot reviews. There's a lot of info on their site about your responsibilities in paying them, but none about the cost of the service. You have to follow a "survey" that constitutes acceptance of their terms before you can see any pricing. From several sources, you PAY $20 for a "30-day trial". Then, you are automatically charged $59.99/month. Additionally, multiple users say it is very difficult to extricate yourself, including minimal--and often no--response from "support". I hope this review saves you time. :)
