BEWARE: The Wisey.app is a complete money-grab scam that preys on people with ADHD. They have slick FB ads that lure in ADHD sufferers--and then they trap them in at least an $100 (or more) scam. After falling for a sales funnel on FB, I guess I signed for a free trial, without it even being clear what exactly I was signing up for. (Their marketing is totally misleading and I thought I was getting a service not just some downloads!). Then, Wisey was VERY misleading in what they were going to charge. Looking back at their intro email, they say something about a $40 charge after the free trial. BUT then the first charges on the first day after the trial ended totaled up to MORE DOUBLE THAT-- a total of over $97 in one day (a $59 charge followed by a $19.99, followed by a $17.99 charge-- ALL on the same day)!!! As soon as I realized I had been charged, I contacted them I tried to cancel and get the charge refunded (within a couple days of my trial ending) and they are REFUSING to give me any of my money back-- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER even downloaded their app, or signed on to their app, downloaded any of their crap! I didn't use it, and have NO USE for it. But the folks at Wisey just don't care. I explained to the customer service person via email that our family was going through some financial struggles due to health issues that caused us to move out of our home...and that we could not afford these charges. I explained that I never even downloaded the app and don't even understand what the charges are for...and they had absolutely no empathy and refused to refund any of the money. These people are total scammers. They KNOW that ADHD people will probably get distracted and forget about fighting these unfair charges. But I am not giving up. This is crap. and their customer service is the worst! IF they had quality product that helps people then they can make their money off these people who want their product! NOT by charging more than 2X what they said they were charging..to people who have not even downloaded their app and have said that they don't want their product!

You can improve but stop the false advertisement so that people won’t be disappointed

This application doesn't work and take advantage of your health issues and charged you even after you canceled the subscription. Worst customer services. THIS APP IS A SCAM

I decided to try it. During check out they put in something else as "buy this too". I was trying to get out of the screen and it added the amount to the card I used to pay for the original service. I contacted customer service. They offered to send me more ebooks (apparently that's what I accidentally bought) or I could get a refund. I asked for a refund and then was told actually we don't give refunds. Totally bogus and a scam.

I wouldn't give this company 1 star. their billing practices are not transparent. It seems they are taking advantage of people with ADHD (impulsivity, short term memory, and challenges with follow through). I thought I was signing up for a free trial and I think a last minute pop up that I was blind to signed me up for an ebook. I tried the product for 5 min and realized it wasn't for me (too many boring videos, not interesting or engaging). I immediately cancelled. My card was charged for close to $60 and several days later I contact them for a refund and never heard back. I was billed again the next month despite cancelling on their website. seems like you sign up for a.THREE month trial (none of this was clear) . . I contacted them again and they refused refund sending me their refund policy and then told me they didn't receive my initial message. So the whole experience has been a nightmare for someone with ADHD. They know exactly what they are doing. Makes me skeptical of any ADHD products out there. in the model of capitalism there are so many ways ADHD customers make an easy target for lazy company profits. AVOID this. Seek help from real people - therapists, coaches, and other folks who actually have a sense of what it is like to live with ADHD. this felt like a very punishing experience.

This is what I wrote to Wisey after I cancelled my subscriptions. "I highly regret trusting that I could benefit from the ADHD advice you offed which actually turns out to be information that I can find for free anywhere online. I however payed for the ADHD product you advertised and then I clicked on a tab that said to add e-book to my order. I was not aware that I would have to pay for something and be signed up to a subscription. I assumed that it was a free product that could be slipped into my original order. The fact that I was charged for something that I didn't want made me immediately judge your company to be deceitful and unprincipled so I have unsubscribed from all products from you. The fact that you are marketing towards individuals with ADHD makes your business even worse as you are praying on people that whose disability make them susceptible to scams such as yours."

The absolute worst and horrible customer service. I used for less than 5 minutes and they refused to refund my money. THIS APP IS AM ABSOLUTE SCAM. SO NOT USE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND YOUR MIND!

They continued to charge my card after I cancelled my subscription. Refused to refund me what was stolen.
