The reviews on here are mostly paid. If you Google Wisey App you'll see the overwhelming majority of users are hugely dissatisfied with their experience, as am I. I signed up for the app but wasn't able to access any of the courses. I asked for assistance multiple times and received no solutions, so I requested a refund, but was refused. Selling something and then refusing goods or services is fraud. Avoid at all costs.

I pre-paid for a 3 month subscription, after the 3 mouth they charge me 100usd without telling me. Im sure its a scam, there's no way of canceling it easily .

Nothing - I just hate this constant rating of things! Seems bonkers to me!
Response from WiseyAug 8, 2025

Misleading pricing (eBooks that appear to be free, but are infact expensive add-ons), and quite frankly middling content. As I live in the EU, I have the right to withdraw from my contract within 14 days. I emailed them to withdraw, immediately received an automated reply, followed by a message from "Scarlett" one minute later telling me that "our team hasn't forgotten about you". My account is now listed on their website as 'inactive'; however, they haven't processed my refund and no-one has been in touch from their company.

Wisey continues to deflect responsibility on disputed charges. This is the ongoing circle of communication that I sent to them: "The transaction for the subscription went through without reasonable notification. I did canceled on the same day of the charge, after I saw the payment went through as scheduled with no reasonable notification from Wisey. If you completely understand how this situation can be, especially when it aligns with declining services. Please reverse this transaction and refund me my money of $99.99. I have noted that the dispute was opened through PayPal, and I have received notification that it is in favor of the seller with the pretense that I received services, which I declined the same day. Please see the previous emails on this thread so that you can unpause because PayPal has made a final decision. PayPal has completed the review of the dispute and closed my case. Now you can override and refund my money $99.99, for the declined services that were not rendered. Regardless of the trial purchase on March 31, 2025, I never used your services and never will. Again, the lack of reasonable notification for this declined subscription service was never received." Wisey responded: "Dear Miriam, Thank you for your message! I truly understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Besides, I'm sorry to hear about any inconvenience this situation has caused you. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'm here to help. After reviewing your data, I noticed that you've already opened a dispute for the payment, and it is still in the process. Please allow some time for PayPal to review and handle the case. They will keep you updated with any developments along the way. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding." This is the circle they will have you go in

No science in their “survey”. Entire process is built to make you believe you have a MEDICAL problem. This company should be investigated and shut down for their practices. Does not matter if they have a fine print somewhere, they are using a survey to provide a MEDICAL diagnosis and are not qualified to do so. I am absolutely ADHD but my honest responses to their survey have a result of “100% ADHD” and a “likelihood of being overwhelmed and depressed” (statements I would only expect to hear from a medical professional and in person, not on a webpage after taking a survey). ADHD is a diagnosed condition and can only be confirmed with an actual doctor (this should be clear in their process). Depression and ADHD have a correlation but the statement of “ADHD individuals often experience issues with depression” is simply not true, as those experiences are solely related on the individuals environment and not their medical condition(s)
Response from WiseyJul 26, 2025
Dear John! Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We truly value your feedback and we’re sorry that aspects of our process caused frustration or gave the impression of providing a medical diagnosis. To clarify, Wisey is not a medical service and we do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Our introductory survey is designed only as a self‑reflection tool to help guide you toward relevant mindfulness and cognitive growth content, not as a medical assessment. We absolutely agree that any official ADHD or depression diagnosis should only come from a qualified medical professional in a clinical setting, and we’re reviewing our messaging to ensure that this is even clearer going forward. We appreciate your honesty and will pass this important feedback along to our team as we continue to improve. If you’d like to discuss your experience further or need assistance with your account, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. Take care!

I signed up for £9.99 monthly trial only but they also took £13.45 for ebook subscription I didn't sign up for. I contacted them, they initially got back to say they'll look into it but never came back after asking for updates. The course is basic not helpful at all. Update, after getting in touch again, I was able to cancel memberships and received a refund for the ebook membership I didn't sign up. Customer care was great.
Response from WiseyJul 25, 2025
Dear Ayaka! Thank you so much for taking the time to update your feedback. We’re glad to hear that everything has now been sorted out — including canceling the memberships and receiving your refund for the ebook charge. It’s wonderful to know our customer care team was able to help you in the end. If you ever decide to give Wisey another try, we’d love to support you on your journey. Please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected] if you need any assistance in the future!
