I like the prompts that made me reflect on my posture, emotions and concentration level. The short diagram of getting my tasks in order and prioritising the most important ones is definitely what I need. I probably would like to delve a little deeper into these topics.

First experience -- I purchased a month trial and the e-books upgrade. However, the e-books that were advertised were not part of the bundle I received. I received only the healthy eathing one, but there was another one on sleep, and more for which I can't remember their titles. So that was my very first experience and a disappointment. (I've already sent an email to support and gotten a response clarifying that the upgrade ad was in fact deceptive, and I only get one e-book per month. $20 for a simple PDF is not a good deal -- I can buy a full book for that price. As for the intro module: 1) Given you're still trying to sell me on the course, I would expect more of an intro overview lesson highlighting what will be covered in the overall course of the program. Tease me about what's coming. 2) The first module on attention, concentration & focus is a worthy point to make, but it just feels light. I would expect more of a hook for the initial experience. That module was not a hook. We'll see what the next modules deliver. 3) Even for a simple video, you should have at least one question that asks a learner to repeat what they just learned. It helps make the learning stick.
