The content was good but I struggled navigating through the material. Was it going to be read to me or do I just read it. I just decided to read it and from then on I could concentrate and enjoy the material.

This has a lot of good information. Certain sections are not applicable to me, but were interesting. I have a diagnosis of anxiety disorder & depression. I have been to therapists & continue with medication prescribed by my physician. In the last few years, I have fallen more & more into procrastinating. That has primarily affected housework & disorganization. I have read articles connecting ADHD & procrastination. I am retired, but I have worked some part-time jobs. I can function & complete tasks in a timely manner. When I worked full-time, I was quite a capable & productive professional in a fast-paced environment. I'm trying to incorporate the Wisey plan with medication & my physician's care routine. I want to overcome the procrastinating & get the clutter out of my house. I need to get back to having my surroundings being tidy & orderly.

It's just the first day, but at least from what I read, the articles on unlocking productivity made me hopeful because it perfectly described the struggle I feel and some of the strategies listed, I already, unknowingly, have been doing. I have clocks, literally everywhere I spend any time. I also time myself at everything and compulsively count and track nearly everything.
