I am happy that the response was so prompt whenever I had queries and clarifications on my subscription and content. Assurance guaranteed for the right content based on the results of the personal answers derived from the onboarding questionnaires. However they claim there are no refund for services subscribed even by mistake... Which they offer additional materials to cover the payments made
Response from WiseyMay 27, 2026

It is also great to know that the onboarding questionnaire helped provide content that felt relevant to your personal answers.
