It was expensive for what you got. But I was able to stop the subscription, and they promptly provide me with that service to unsubscribe.

While the company was very gracious and courteous- generous in helping resolve my issue- I wish that they would be more willing to give refunds. It feels confusing and ambiguous when signing up that there are limitations to refunds. That said, the company worked with me and while I didn’t get a refund, which they were well within their rights to withhold, they treated me more than fairly, with courtesy, and compromise.

Not even through the first lesson & am being asked to give a review. Half the problem here is staying focused & sticking to said task. My thought is to maybe wait till after lessons are completed. Or maybe even to wait untill after the first week.
