I was diagnosed with ADD at age 8
I was diagnosed with ADD at age 8. In recent years the medically diagnoses is currently defined as ADHD. I have suffered from ADHD my entire childhood through my adulthood.
My diagnosis has been actively linked with my depression, anxiety, mood swings, and with added trauma PTSD.
I just downloaded this app because my relationship with my partner is crumbling and I want to better myself through u understanding my symptoms and how to deal with the ups and downs of ADHD.
I’ve found myself stealing and lying out of impulses and I need to find a new solution for my ADHD diagnosis and current problems.
I’m the only one that can change me, Going to take and grow with Wisey App.

I started to really soul search on my “paralysis by analysis” mindset and started working on a plan to take action. I found this online course! I’m only on day one but I have already found multiple tools and explanations on how to start take action and stop procrastinating. It’s brilliant! It completely nailed the challenges I have with my mindset and I’m so excited to learn more on identifying the true road blocks that keep me from moving forward. If you’re like me and need a breakdown and just step by step guide, you should check it out!
The cost is $20 per month for the membership. They have other add ons too, but that’s the basic package.

I learned things I could apply to my life to improve it. The ebooks and lessons are bite sized, practical, easy to use and easy to learn. My only disappointment was the almost $50/month fee for the ebook and then $100/quarter for the service. That’s just too expensive for the little life lessons.
