This is a TOTAL SCAM. I signed up for a trial subscription for $34, which I thought would continue at $99/year. I was actually charged $99/quarterly. I didn't realize this and was too busy to use the app until after the second $99 charge. I called Wisey and was told I didn't have a account with them. I applied to Paypal for a refund, and not only did Paypal refuse to give me a refund, 3 months later I was again charged another $99. Because trying to get a refund was waste of time, I decided to see what they had to offer. It took me several hours to finally get signed up for an account, but I was able to accomplish that, I think. Once on the site I found a page with The header "Explore more content, included in your subscription." below that were links to courses that looked interesting. Once I opened the link I found needed to "Get My Plan" which I found would cost me $20 for the first month, and would go up to $60/month after that. I guess the $99/quarter I was paying entitled me to access courses I had to pay for.

Truly terrible. I never signed up for any recurring service. I may have taken an online quiz or something, but I never, ever would have agreed to $59.99 per month. People with ADHD are often absolutely desperate for help. This company is preying on my and others desperate hope for a tool to help them improve their lives and their relationships. I didn't notice the first monthly charge until the second one came in. I emailed the company to cancel the subscription as I never signed up for it. The next month, I was charged again. When I reached out again and threatened to report the company to every agendy or service I could find, they immediately responded saying they never received the initial cancellation and offered me a "lifetime" membership. Infuriating. This is SHAMEFUL. I would certainly join any legal action against this company in an attempt to deter others from acting this way.

The program is BS! Even worse, they make cancellation directly difficult, architected to make those with ADHD not complete their enigmatic process to get them to stop charging your credit card.... Even more worser, when they admit their "mistake" in not cancelling your account, they REFUSE to refund. They are possibly the exact creatures that Lovecraft wrote about!! Here's hoping cancer finds them!

They never provided proof that I agreed to recurring billing because no such agreement exists. Their ads are deceptive, their responses are automated, and they exploit people seeking ADHD support. It’s predatory and unethical. To make things worse, they currently have two separate listings on Trustpilot, which should be flagged. Their other profile already sits at a 2.2-star rating — which says everything you need to know. Avoid this company at all costs. They are not a mental health resource — they are a subscription trap targeting vulnerable people.

They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and then gaslight you into saying you never tried to cancel the subscription in the first place. It is a useless app and a scam. DO NO INTERACT
