When I requested the cancellation of my subscription last evening, I received an automated response from their system bot, which informed me that is a bot, and provided a request number for my inquiry. Shortly later, I received an email from a representative asking If I wished to cancel both subscriptions. I replied with an affirmative. I then received an email informing me that both subscriptions were cancelled. I really couldn't ask for a better cancellation transaction. Well done.
