This company understands its audience, obviously. I had inadvertently allowed an introductory subscription to renew and was hit with the bill, and I could not figure out how to cancel the account. A member of their customer service team responded almost immediately, and answered all of my questions in an empathetic manner and took care of the cancelation--in a single email. They understand a situation like this is stressful and respond appropriately. So appropriately, in fact, that it floored me. I can't speak to the app, because I haven't used it! But they actually understand that there is an art to customer service, and it shows.

Linda
I know these recommendations are simple, I have even thought of and done some of them before. What's different with this is: I see that these ideas are part of what is called cognitive therapy and I can use/rely on these without doing alot of overthinking. Kind of like climbing a step ladder one step at a time. I don't have to stop and fret about constructing another step - I just need to take the next step. That is enough no overthinking. So I’ll try it.
Response from WiseyDec 28, 2024

We’re so glad to hear that the approach we offer resonates with you, especially in how it helps simplify cognitive therapy techniques without overwhelming you. It’s great to know that the step-by-step process feels like a natural progression, making it easier to take action without overthinking. If you have any further questions or need additional support, we’re always here to assist you at [email protected]. Keep up the great work with your progress!

At 1st, I couldn't hear it & gave it a bad rating, hoping I would be asked why I did it, but that didn't happen. Finally I figured out how to turn up the sound on the app. The lesson was a very good one for people who are afraid to ask dumb questions, but we all have a couple of dumb questions we're afraid to ask on occassion.
Response from WiseyDec 28, 2024
Dear Debra! Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you found the lesson helpful, especially on such an important topic. We apologize for the initial issue with the sound – we understand how that could be frustrating. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’ll take this into account to improve the user experience moving forward. If you ever run into any other issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out at [email protected]. We’re here to help!
