I am seriously very happy with Wiley. I can spend a small amount of time daily and keep motivated by this app and also learn about ways to improve my productivity and mindset. I do suffer from ADHD and other emotional conditions and I find this app is constructive in helping me to deal with my daily tasks and responsibilities using managed processes. I love it. I just do the daily steps in the app which are simple and informative and learn along the way. I feel much, much better for it.
