So far nothing was really new to me but the approach is interesting to better understand the mechanisms which influence our motivation attention. As a way of "being" I personally need to understand how things work first, I mean from a practical point of view eventhough as in everything we all need a bit of theory, I know that for me is the opposite, I need a minimal of theory and more practice which is the engine of my motivation.
Response from WiseyFeb 8, 2026
Dear Richard! Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We understand that you prefer a more practical approach and that seeing how things work in action helps drive your motivation. It’s great to hear that the platform’s approach is still interesting for understanding the mechanisms behind attention and motivation. Wisey aims to balance theory and practice, but your perspective is valuable and helps us improve content for different learning styles. We hope that as you continue exploring, you’ll find sessions that provide even more practical strategies to keep you engaged and motivated!
