This is a scam! I paid for a 1-week plan for about $4.99, but when I checked my bank account, they charged me $23.

Scam
Scam. Hidden prices and "include in my plan" button means instantly buying and money out from your account. They also don't issue refunds and you cannot get your money back.

Wisey just wants your money.
My experience was not as good as others .. in fact, 'GOOD' doesnt come into it. After purchase, I was sent many emails with a lot if information in them. It was overwhelming and my ADHD made it hard for me to focus on all of the info to get ahead. I realised i was not going to manage this on my own and explained that to customer service, asking for a refund but was told that I needed to show proof of use for 14 days... no assistance offered to get started. I tried to break down the steps, logged into website with my Google account... which caused further issues that I spent about an hour trying to resolve, discovering that its the website's set up that is the problem. The website had no guidance or walk through, I tried the AI (no trial, it cost $1 US and was useless)and received very general info and no instructions on how to implement it... so I watched videos that I found... the didn't show up in the usage timeline... I found apps to download... they wanted log in... didn't offer Google, so I used the details from my Google with no luck. Emailed customer service a detailed explanation of my experience most was ignored, told I obviously could log in because I was using the website... no assistance... tried again when i received the 'we'd love you to share your experience' email, it was more a complaint... and rather than any assistance, was told again I needed to use the program 14 days with proof for a refund.... forget all the other issues I mentioned!
I cant progress, I cant get assistance... despite saying they understand that its frustrating and they understand blablabla... they don't show any proof of that and I honestly believe they are only after money from a group of people vulnerable because of their lack of organisation and shame that prevents them from continually repeating their need for help....
Im p!ssed that I got sucked in. Its a shame they don't put as much into their customer service as they do their advertising.

OMG - Scammed - Stay Away
OMG - thought I was subscribing for $9.99, then $17.99, then 3 charges of $1 -- all within seconds.
I feel totally scammed

Exploiting ADHD users
I believe strongly that this app is designed not to help people with ADHD but to target them. Preying on people with ADHD disguised as an app that will help is a new low. Nearly every aspect of the program is set up to make people fail, the program is only on the web, the appts are separate and nearly unrelated, it’s almost impossible to figure out that it’s part of a system. I could t even find the name of the program after signing up. I continued to get billed and paid it without ever knowing where or what the program was. I now believe this is by design, because people with ADHD will be impulse buyers, will forget what they subscribed to, and setting up so many obstacles to even get to the website let alone the cancellation tells me as much. There wasn’t even an email received about billing or any other service feature so the customer wouldn’t be reminded to unsubscribe.

Wisely Is nothing but a scam
It's wisely as nothing but a scam. Then, I clear about the subscription.I was shocked to find a hundred and fifty Dollar charge on my account. When I contacted them for a refund, they blatantly told me.There is no refunds. This web based app takes advantage of people who suffer from ADHD. Knowing that committing to log it in on our web based app daily is nearly impossible for someone who has ADHD. Some of the absolute worst customer service. I've ever seen. If you're so confident in their product. Why isn't it available on apple store or google shop, as a tangible app with notifications?
Update: I received an Email stating that they are going to give me a full refund. This took me two days of back and forth with Customer Service. They told me it would take up to 14 days to get this refund. Day 6 and I haven't seen anything yet.

Feels like a Scam
They did not make it clear that I was signing up for a subscription, actually two subscriptions. No information on the web pages I visited or any of the emails I received detailed subscription. They then took £95 from my account a month later without prior warning, and then told me refunds are against their policy.
Response from WiseyJan 9, 2026
Dear Rob!

Way too expensive and predatory
My 12 year old signed up for this thinking it was 35$. 35$. Not monthly. Not 99$ QUARTERLY!!! He never touched it after that first day or two. I had no idea I was being charged 45$ a MONTH! Plus 99$ quarterly. This is a ridiculous amount of money with all kinds of hidden fees. That they email you about LATER. Needless to say my 12 year old doesn't check my email, and didn't check my spam looking for an email. Why not have a CONFIRMATION email?! Or an an opt in feature?
Response from WiseyJan 9, 2026
Dear Jillian!
