Scam alert and be careful with what's been charged. No refund policy
I happened to see about this Wisey from advertisment. I tried for 7day trail and happened to see some more information and wanted to read later so added to plan but never realised that it was another subscription which is for 30 days and again charged almost twice as my trial plan. Very disappointed and when requesting a cancellation, it was shock to know that no refund policy. In Australia, any service is refundable within a cooling period unless it is related to hygiene. It's a Scam and never even try it out. I tried for app trial and they sell ebooks without permission. Support team is more of text book explanations and not customers in mind. Update on 2nd April: After posting review in Trustpilot, received a surprise email from Wisey support team that they regret for the inconvenience and received full refund ( surprised)
