It’s a complicated situation. I do not recommend the product, however, maybe it would be helpful to someone else. I also felt scammed by “buying” a couple things “extras” that I did not order, which I still don’t understand. For example I would never order an ebook on eating habits. I’m slim and healthy …I wouldn’t even read a free diet plan. But I will say that this company has EXCELLENT and prompt customer service representatives. They did the best to their ability to meet me half way and were always pleasant, helping, and polite. They tried their best to resolve the problem.

My experience was no good enough because I did not enough time to follow the course, and I coninue paying for months. It was my fault, but this is my experience, I would appreciagte if you inform that the free subscription is expirying several times in order to cancel on time. Thank you again!
