This is my day one with wisely. I expect to fizzle out. I typically want things to work but my brain with dump everything that may be good for me for a long time before I figure out I have to make myself do the not so pleasant things or I'm in trouble. I want this to help me magically get back on track. I am so unhealthy with all the worst habits. I want the very best for my life, I am struggling to get out of this very rough depressive episode.
