This company engages in misleading and potentially unlawful sales practices. I paid £9.99 for a product, clearly presented as a one-time charge. After payment, I was taken to a deliberately confusing and excessively long page where the skip option was hidden. By clicking “next,” I was charged an additional $17.99 for an unwanted e-book without clear consent. My refund request was refused. This resembles a classic bait-and-switch and the use of dark-pattern design intended to trick consumers. I would strongly advise avoiding this company. Later edit: the initial refund request was declined. Then they offer to give me back 50%. After exchanged 11 emails with them and telling them I contacted Competition and Markets Authority, they refunded me the full amount of money. Still I would not recommend them, they are just scamming people with their product
